1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions establish the legal framework governing the use of our digital platform and the purchase of design products — which may include items manufactured via 3D printing, hybrid assemblies, or other methods — sold by Record Keepers SRL, a company registered in Romania under Company Registration Number J2021001521233, VAT Number RO43876943, operating from Bd. Basarabia nr. 256, Corp C34/1, Spațiu C10, Sector 3, Bucharest, Romania.

2. Physical Characteristics of 3D Printed Items

Our catalog includes exclusive designs which may be manufactured using additive manufacturing (3D printing) or hybrid assemblies. By purchasing, you accept these items possess inherent physical traits that are not defects: layer lines — the surface features fine visible striations and will not be perfectly smooth like injection-molded plastic; support marks — complex geometries require temporary supports whose removal may leave minor blemishes on hidden facets.

3. Financial Terms and Payment Methods

For Romanian orders all prices are in RON and include VAT; for international orders prices are shown in EUR or supported currencies and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before final checkout. For deliveries within Romania: secure online card payment, or cash-on-delivery (cash/card to courier or at locker). Direct bank transfer is not accepted.

For international deliveries outside Romania, the only accepted payment method is secure online card payment. B2C invoices are reported via the Romanian RO e-Factura system; the PDF invoice is sent automatically by email.

4. Delivery Policy

For national deliveries we work with Sameday (to your address or an easybox-type locker). Once dispatched, transit usually takes 24–48 hours. For international deliveries we use a network of logistics partners (international couriers such as FedEx); all orders are fulfilled within the statutory maximum of 30 days from confirmation.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon taking physical possession of the goods. On delivery, inspect the external packaging; if it shows visible damage, either refuse it or accept it STRICTLY subject to immediately completing a Damage Report with the courier.

5. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Our items are standard catalog designs, not bespoke. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without justification. Process: notify us strictly at returns@cordo.ro; the product must be returned in the same condition, unused; the consumer bears the direct return cost. Refunds (including standard outbound shipping) are processed within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the return, using the original payment method.

6. Legal Warranty of Conformity

Products carry the legal warranty of conformity (Directive (EU) 2019/771). If an item arrives structurally defective or broken in transit, you are entitled to a free replacement or a refund. The warranty excludes inherent manufacturing characteristics (e.g. layer lines) and is voided if damage is caused by mechanical stress, exposure to extreme heat, or improper cleaning.

7. Intellectual Property

The entire portfolio (CAD models, sketches, industrial designs, physical shapes, photography, brand assets) belongs exclusively to Record Keepers SRL and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchase grants ownership of the physical object for personal use. Strictly prohibited: copying, 3D scanning, reverse-engineering or making molds; mass-producing or commercially distributing replicas without a written licensing agreement.

8. Crucial Safety Disclaimers

Our products are design objects for aesthetic, decorative and light functional purposes. Not food-safe: 3D-printed plastics can harbor bacteria and resist washing — never use in direct contact with food or drink. Not toys: not EN71-certified; if broken they may produce small parts or sharp shards posing a choking/injury hazard. Keep away from children and pets. Certain polymers can warp irreversibly under extreme heat.

9. Dispute Resolution and the ODR Platform

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the buyer's country of residence. Notice: pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, the European ODR Platform was permanently decommissioned as of July 20, 2025; complaints cannot be routed through it. Consumers may use the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities active in their Member State (in Romania, ANPC — anpc.ro).
