14-day return policy

Return Policy (14 days)

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with proof of purchase. Start a return at returns@cordo.ro. Return address: Bd. Basarabia nr. 256, Corp C34/1, Spațiu C10, Sector 3, Bucharest, 030352, Romania. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or wrong, so we can evaluate and make it right. Do not accept damaged packages from the courier without noting it in writing to the courier, otherwise claims may not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need extra time to process. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at returns@cordo.ro.
